Identity & contact details — name, phone number, email, address, date of birth and nominee details, collected when you make a purchase, join a scheme, or register as a distributor.
KYC documents — PAN and Aadhaar details, collected and verified where the law or scheme rules require it.
Transaction records — invoices, scheme instalments, redemptions and payment references, kept as required for accounting and tax law.
Website data — basic technical information (such as pages visited and device type) used to keep the site working and secure.

How We Use It

To bill your purchases, run your savings scheme, and deliver your contract, invoices and gold QR codes — including by WhatsApp and SMS to your registered mobile number.
To verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with GST, income-tax (including TDS) and KYC regulations.
To process online payments through our authorised payment gateway. Card and bank details are handled by the gateway — we never store them.

What We Never Do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with service providers who help us operate (payment gateway, messaging services), with authorities where the law requires it, and with your own branch for servicing your account.

Security & Retention

Your data is stored on secured systems with role-restricted access. Transaction records are retained for the periods required by tax and company law, after which they are securely disposed of.

You may ask us to view or correct your personal details at any time through your branch or the Contact page. For any privacy concern, reach us the same way and we will respond promptly.
