Branch Collection (Recommended)

Jewellery and scheme redemptions are best collected in person at your LORD JEWELLER branch, where every piece is weighed and verified in front of you and OTP confirmation protects your redemption.

Online Orders

• Confirmed and paid online orders are processed within 2–4 working days.
• Deliveries are made through insured, tamper-evident courier services within India.
• Depending on your pincode, delivery normally takes 5–10 working days after dispatch. You will be notified with tracking details when your order ships.

Receiving Your Order

• Please have valid photo ID available — high-value consignments are handed over only to the named recipient after verification.
• Do not accept any package whose seal appears damaged; refuse it and inform us the same day through the Contact page or your branch.

Delays

Courier delays caused by weather, strikes or other events beyond our control can occur; we will keep you informed and see every order through to delivery.
